SHIPPING

All packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). 

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.  If you need a rush on an order, please leave a note at checkout or contact me at buffalocreekthreads@gmail.com and we will make every attempt possible to get your item shipped out in time to get to you.

E-mails will be sent with a tracking number upon shipment of your item.

Buffalo Creek Threads is not responsible for incorrect addresses listed at the time of purchase.  If an incorrect address was listed, customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have package re-delivered.

Buffalo Creek Threads is not responsible for packages or any damages incurred once they have left our shipping department.  Customers must make a claim with their local Post Office if they believe a package has been lost or stolen.  Tracking numbers for reference can be found in the shipping confirmation email or by contacting buffalocreekthreads@gmail.com.

RETURNS

We hope you won't be returning anything, but in the event this does happen we hope to meet your needs the best of our ability.
We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the transaction date.

Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
Once your return has been processed, we will contact you and issue you a store credit that you can use in the store, on the website, or at a pop-up shop event. 

You are responsible for shipping cost on returns. (I would suggest getting tracking on package to make sure it is properly returned)

Items must be unwashed and unworn, with tags attached! 

Original invoice must be included in your return package.

Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or given store credit.

Exceptions: Personalized or custom order items are not eligible for return.  However, if mistake occurred on our part, you must notify us within THREE days of the delivery confirmation date.
